Baseball stadium is only used 80-90 days a year. Anything attached to it or near it will be adversely impacted and will fail IMO.

I have friends that own their buildings and businesses down there and none of them think they can survive with that stadium screwing up what is already built and thriving in that area. Just the years long construction fiasco will do most of them in.

More Chipotle's aren't going to cut it.
