winning is effectively over. Since Brady came into the NFL, it's pretty much been HOF-level QBs winning it. Brady, Mahomes, Manning, Brees, the Raper, Rodgers, Stafford. In fact, since Brad Johnson, the only probable non-HOF'er QBs that have won it are Eli (and he wasn't a scrub), Flacco (again, not a scrub; long winning career), and Foles (definitely a scrub).
Rotation is more than (1) pitcher and the Royals won one recently with average starters and an elite bullpen.
