the First Amendment stood in the way of the TikTok ban you would be upset with it hamstringing the federal govt's efforts to control speech.

You can justify it however you want (including by who owns the media source or referring to inapplicable catchphrases like the "constitution is not a suicide pact"), but when it comes down to it, you are supporting the govt censorship of speech.

The Constitution was supposed to stop infringements on the fringes, but it requires virtuous people who won't allow hysterical concerns like "sworn enemies of our country" will influence our youth to not want those infringements to occur.

You should sit out the discussion on KBJ. You are in no position to attack her on this one.
