So, they do not wish to have the wrath of the NYC dem party upon them, realizing they no longer need a crime to reduce your business to rubble.

Just angry feelings.

The true irony is this decision will crush the NYC real estate market, and put a stop to new development. Far too much risk with that level of corruption in the city and state govt.
