It's having a viable workable system that involves creating a national playoff system. You already have Rutgers vs. UCLA and their calling it "Big Ten" football. Trev Alberts has already said this is the way it's headed. Two huge conferences, similar to the NFL. You can't have it both ways. You can't play and have victories over these schools "count" as viable games toward a playoff berth (Like Missouri Ku or KSU) and then exclude all these schools from having a shot at a decent number of playoff berths. If that's the case play an all SEC schedule and that winner is the national champ. My thing is if you are going to exclude or include these teams do it now, get it over with a move on rather than have this ridiculous "realignment" every year where the CFP committee rules don't mean anything.
