Unreasonable to expect perfect logic or consistency on this.
Logically, it is either a life or it's not. Emotionally and legally it may be different.
I can't justify that, but that seems to be the way it is. I for one am of (at least) two minds on this.
Certainly Abortion as the child is coming through the birth canal is unacceptable and is criminal in my opinion. At the very earliest stages of pregnancy it is likely neither of those.
Again that is just one opinion from one guy. I won't argue that my positions are logical, rational, or consistent .
