1. Whether or not a state can remove someone who in fact participated in an insurrection.

2. Trump to my knowledge has not been charged with insurrection nor convicted of it. What then makes him an insurrectionist? The fact that msNBC says so? If blue states removed Trump from ballot due to "insurrection" by media declaration, what would stop red states from removing Biden for aiding and abetting an insurrection at the southern border if Fox News declared it so?
