is if they play each other. Because it's a very small group of people determining this with no rules. If the Big 12 goes 0-6 against the SEC OOC then they deserve less teams year and vice versa. Because it's totally subjective. Head to head - conference to conference is the only way. There's no way to say the sixth place team in the SEC is better than the second place team in the Big 12 or another conference unless you have some head to head conference games to judge it by. And if you have those you have include them in the playoff "conversation" or whatever stupid term they want to use.
