So far, the guy's testimony is, "I don't recall" or "I can't answer that". When challenged on the inconsistencies of his testimony when compared to his text and email communications, he says he can't remember what he was thinking at that time. He has impeached himself as a credible witness.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
