Emperor for life. He will begin by enslaving all minorities and executing transgender people. Then he will demand extra taxes to be given directly to himself and his family. After that, he and Putin will combine to rule North America and Europe, and then add president eleven to rule the entire northern hemisphere.
There's nothing worth having in the southern hemisphere after he steals all the rare earth minerals from Africa. So he may give South America as a gift to his 15 year old son, and let the Chinese have Africa. He'll have to ask Putin's permission, of course. Maybe Putin can have Antarctica.
