Going an entire conf schedule winless, while keepong the roster engaged and playing hard is unbelievable. Either we have the least talented roster we’ve ever had (doubtful), or he is some sort of hypnotist.

I don’t know if he should return or not. Based on this years record he should probably be let go. But he continues to get effort from his team which is hard to explain.
