culture but that is a lie. We know it is a lie because as soon as we heard about the shooting at the parade when all knew who was responsible. We may have been PC and said we would wait until we knew the facts but every one of us knew what had happened. We have a small subsection of our population where any perceived disrespect is answered with a hail of bullets.
There is roughly a 10x20 block area in KCMO and another smaller one in KCK where shootings are very common. Once you leave those areas the rest of the metro area has almost no shootings. It is not a culture problem it is a subculture problem.
