Unfortunately, most interactions with police are not needed. They are reactive, and spend most of their time working on collecting money for the state through various violations that have nothing to do with crime. This makes the cops the aggressors. Yet, you want them to just not resist and accept it. Especially when they have been profiled to aggress upon them.
