Getting booked into jail for a non-crime goes over really well. And then going to court before a judge for a non-crime is a hoot.

Your fantasy world gives you a lot of made up shìt to dream about.

And you've never had to arrest someone who is combative and resisting arrest. So you just rely on your imagination.
