for.... is a wife giving her husband a BJ, a crime?
This question has been on the top of mind for mat for days now. He seems obsessed with it probably because there's some naughty in it.
You see kids, this is how it works… Mat doesn't get to decide what a crime is. He can have an opinion on what a crime SHOULD be, but he doesn't get to decide the definition of a crime.
Even the brilliant ummm doesn't have a say in this beyond his own ridiculous opinion. I know this will crush many of you who have proclaimed ummm to be a genius, a brilliant poster, a renaissance man, and whatever other flowery appellations you can shower upon him.
The government decides what the law is, and may decide what the criminal penalty is as well. For example, if the legislature passes a law, or if the federal legislature and the states follow by amending the constitution to say that driving a Buick with the left rear window down on a Tuesday is a criminal felony punishable by 10 years in prison, then driving a Buick on a Tuesday with the left rear window down is a crime.
For the record, that is also an example of the kind of laws applied to political enemies in Third World schitholes, and the DAs offices in Manhattan, and Atlanta, Georgia.
Sorry ladies, you don't get to decide. Being a sovereign citizen is just part of the idiot's fantasy world, and has no place or practice in rational thought or the daily lives of American citizens.
So Mat, if the law says that it is illegal for a wife to give her husband a hummer, that means it is against the law for a wife to give her husband a hummer. Something that is against the law is crime.

Laws that blatantly ridiculous are rarely enforced by a sane district attorney. Again, except in Manhattan and Atlanta Georgia.
Sovereign citizens, anarchist's, and idiots want to conflate what they think the laws should be with what they in fact are. Sorry honey, doesn't work that way.
And of course, the real crime here is that iiuc, mat's wife has raised the cost of blow jobs to $3.50. She should go to prison for price gouging.
