Which portion of the US code was violated by Trump. They simply made up their own version of a high crime or misdemeanor, in order to fulfill their goal of overthrowing, the duly elected president of the United States.

In this case, it is 100% clear that Biden violated federal law as defined in the US US code. The crime is a felony as demonstrated by the conviction of General Petraeus and the indictment of President Trump
