That is simply a,piece of evidence that the jury weighed to evaluate her credibility. The fact that she may have been mistaken about what she was wearing doesn’t defeat her claim.

One of them lied, one did not. So should we believe the lady who might have forgotten what she was wearing, or do we believe the guy who basically lies all the time and admits that he likes to grab women by the pussy.
