is he seems locked into his system and refused to change. The first indication of that was after the blowout loss to Princeton when he doubled down on his system despite the fact a lightly recruited 6'6" Princeton player pulled down 16 rebounds.

That's why a massive buyout like the one Francois gave is a mistake after only one year. Now he can't be fired and shows no urgency to change.
