When it comes to this, they are more than fine using Biden's cognitive state as an excuse to get him off the hook.

But if you say that same cognitive state makes him not qualified to be the president of the US, they melt down and start talking about Jan 6 or some other diversion.

It's literal insanity, and many people don't seem to even care. They know this, so may as well keep going back to the same playbook until it backfires.
