huge mistake, and her hiring decisions need to be merit-based going forward.

I realize she heads the National Coalition of Minority Coaches but her job as Mizzou AD comes first. If a minority happens to be the most qualified candidate, then hire him or her... but don't give preference based on skin tone, as she did with Gates (BB) and Kerrick Jackson (baseball).
