they are appointed by politicians who want the contractors who donate money to them rewarded with contracts which is why we have a wall of luxury suites surrounding the football stadium and a new softball stadium for a sport that loses money every year.

Not sure what to make of this committee although I agree Desiree Francois needs to be put in check.
