is going to happen to Gates, on Missouri's end, at the end of this year. He's going to get two more years.
I think the valid speculation is whether or not tanking this year is going to make it harder for Gates to do what he wants to do, which is stack good classes up over time.
Personally, I don't see how it could do anything but hurt his chances for next year's recruiting.
