Which is part of why I said the last 1-3 months.
For me, it should be fairly straight forward. How many different tax payers paid in some taxes. Maybe some do it quarterly or something like that.
One thing it does miss is the people that work for cash, of do consulting/temp work as that is not always found, which is why I think the participation rate has gone lower (my opinion).
