that fits over all good logic. IMO, this is much like age of consent stuff, or even abortion related.
It is one of those things we all know what a crappy mom is, but where are the lines. Must the parent do everything to do what is best for the kid? Full nourishment, education, medicine, etc. Where are the lines?
And then where does government get the Right to step in and intervene and then force this kid elsewhere?
