but one other point. You may find cultures that were against murder or theft, but you won't find any that had all of the 10 commandments.
Many/most had very little regard for human life. I doubt that any had prohibitions against coveting one's neighbor's wife or goods.
You also won't find any with the 1st three commandments. Those predating Judaism worshipped multiple gods, not one God.
