No one knows the answer to that. Depends on whether the prosecutor puts in sufficient evidence to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
It's probably easier for the prosecutor to do that if the defendant doesn't show up, but the outcome is still unknowable.
Oh and by the way, I'm a lifelong Republican, for at least a little while longer, who can't stand Nancy Pelosi
