a class sniff the level of the class Gates has coming in. He had Schrader drop in his lap and was indifferent to him, initially. He has done a solid job with the portal and is doing fine with the HS kids, but not at an elite level. Ideally, we give Gates the same consideration given to Drink, because at this time last year, Drink's seat was pretty warm.
