Let the GMs worry about it, and cheer on your team.

Every organization also has different short, medium and long term goals.

I do think many are very short sighted, and get themselves in trouble by doing so.

That is very evident when you look at the fact that the NFL has like nearly a billion dollars spent in buyouts of coaches.
