at websites and see the Bills like $54M over the cap in 2024 and think they're screwed but maybe it's as simple as restructuring Allen and a couple of other guys and two cuts.

I look at someone like Houston is way under the cap and think if they know what they're doing they could get really good, really fast. Bring in another WR, help on the Oline and some Dtackles and they will be a tough out if Stroud doesn't regress.
