Guilty of all the things he is charged with? Come on, you are not that level of dullard.

They are not on thin ice based on merit. They are potentially on thin ice under the premise of gross negligence or corruption. The idea is that possibly Trump has broken enough of the system and put enough enablers in the right places that he may not be held accountable. Not that he didn’t obviously do all these things or that he isn’t guilty.
