From a legal perspective, all the cases against Trump are on very thin ice. Even if convicted, the chances of the cases standing up under appeal are very questionable.

So here's the theory. The objective of the people behind these suits was not convictions. It was harrassment and pressure to get Trump to drop out of the election.

But Trump is a fighter. And the longer these suits go on, the more their BS basis is exposed.
