And yes, you have a totalitarian bent, regardless of how many bad songs you listened to in days gone by. You don't seek an individual versus individual contest where one is entitled to compensation for injury. You demand the state inflict injury for "fraud for years", which are acts not being litigated here. But these frauds you claim should impact the specific facts of this case.
