A government with absolutely no money?

Not one nickel, since all taxation is theft. You didn't say most taxation is theft. Every bit of taxation is theft, so are you condoning theft on a smaller scale?

How much theft is OK, and if all taxation is theft that means local taxes, state taxes, municipal taxes, so there is absolutely no money for absolutely any form of government.

But you're not an anarchist.
