"More great police work to tell you about. One of our nightshift officers was patrolling his beat around midnight when he observed a suspicious vehicle leaving an apartment complex at a high rate of speed. The vehicle committed a traffic violation and our officer attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle took off but was no match for our dispatchers who followed it using traffic cameras. Dispatchers kept officers updated on the vehicle's route, and one of our K9 officers positioned himself to intercept the suspects. Using the Grappler Police Bumper, our officer brought the fleeing car to a halt. Three suspects, including 2 juveniles, were arrested. Inside the car was a loaded AK47 pistol and a stolen Glock handgun with a high-capacity drum magazine. All 3 suspects have since been charged by the Johnson County District Attorney's Office. While you sleep, our officers and dispatchers are working together to apprehend those committing crimes in Lenexa."

Model citizens. Too bad they got their rights infringed upon.
