Whispering Joe Biden could not be on their ballot because he violated some constitutional provision… Is that correct?

You would accept their judgment without a formal accusation, without a trial, without the ability for Biden to defend himself, and without a verdict of guilty. All it takes is for the state Supreme Court to decide you may not run for president.
