Making that decision without even a hearing.
Without him having an opportunity to defend himself.
Without him having his day in court.

Without anyone hearing his side of the story, you're comfortable with four judges in Colorado all appointed by Democrats making a decision based on the biggest threat to the Democrat incumbent.

This doesn't bother you at all right? What about the judges in the Michigan Supreme Court who said he could be on the ballot?

One of those supreme courts was wrong. But just pick the verdict you like best and tell everyone that that is the law and that is OK.

And no Fudgy, it's not like trying to run when you're 32 years old. Age is not subjective, bring 32 years old is a provable or disprovable fact.

But you don't really need any proof of his complicity in an insurrection, do you?
