It was a perfect fall day, 6-6 late in game, Huskers Randy Borg muffed punt inside 10 with about 3 minutes left. Scott Anderson recovers. Tom Mulkey scores 2 plays later. 13-6. David Humm drives Huskers length quickly tosses 20 yard TD to Ritchie Bahe. 13-12. Osborne goes for 2 with seconds left. Humm’s pass to left corner of north end zone tipped by Bob McRoberts picked by Tony Gillick.
