The outcome has been determined, marxist judges will vote with the majority in order to appear moderate, temperate, non-partisan and unbiased.

That way, when they vote for radical anti-American policies, they will have credibility among the idiots, and be seen as not just another knee-jerk marxist.

I will bet you that if it's 4-4 Katanji, or Bronco's lesbian Gorillas would put their vote with the marxists and deprive voters of seeing trump's name on the ballot. It's just not time to play that card yet.
