It was revealing, and gave each person an opportunity to contrast his vision with the vision from the other party.

It was a chance for DeSantis to show the difference between the parties, and their visions for the country.

The California way where are you are, "free to defecate in public" as he said, and the Florida way. Very worthwhile. And DeSantis looked good while Newsom looked like a snake oil salesman... who had too much snake oil in his hair.

Hadn't seen or heard much from him, but he was totally unlikable last night.
