crossed Russia's known red lines forcing a confrontation and then the West (i.e. Biden or whoever is calling the shots) scuttled any chance of peace with Russia in March 2022 through their spokesperson Boris Johnson:

“We will not sign anything, let’s do war!”

So yeah, Biden and West destroyed Ukraine. Estimates run as high as 600k dead.
