the basis for probably cause in support of their warrant? If so, its even more damning for the Kileen PD. This might be a novel concept, difficult for police to understand. Tips from paid snitches and/or other criminal suspects hoping to receive reduced charges might not be factually based. Additionally, if the warrant and justification for the no-knock raid was bogus, why did the DA file charges? Juries will almost always vote to convict when there is a dead cop. Even when it was the cops who were the criminals in this incident. Mr. Guy's conviction should be overturned on appeal or he should be receive a full pardon from the Governor.
