Funny I thought a big part of it for the fans

was top quality name opponents every week, relevancy better bowls and playoff chances. Personally I’m glad that the schools in this conference have huge fan bases, great attendance high expectations despite results and great traditions.

For the average fan experience, “money” doesn’t mean anything.

What’s funny is Oklahoma and Texas are praised for propping up the big 12. The big 12 is ridiculed for losing them.But when they come to our conference they just won’t be good enough - terrible fans, dumb expectations no history etc.
