Why would Oklahoma obviously have more NIL money than Mizzou?

We are the only major football team in the state. Missouri is larger and more prosperous than Oklahoma and they have 2 teams to support.

Do you have any objective facts to back up your assertions, or are they just gut feelings on your part?
