The questions to change the subject.

The OP in a thread establishes the subject of the thread, he changes that or attempts to, by asking an off topic question, and it expects answers as if he were entitled.

If he wants to start a thread and ask questions fine, he can be answered or ignored quite easily. But he inserts his irrelevant questions in the middle of a different thread in an the attempt to change the subject, not to get an answer, or God forbid have a discussion.
