because police make mistakes. My positions are based on all the laws we have that are actually infringements on liberty and I would prefer gvmt not run law enforcement.

You make up a lot of things as you read - try to stop doing that.

My point is that nobody is arguing that basing laws on Natural Rights would stop bad things from happening.

It's more about only having laws in place that protect life, liberty and property - not drug use, license plate codes and other garbage. You can go to jail in the US for not sending your kid to public school, hokie, because we have decided that gvmt assigning education as a "right" was a good thing for the common good.

It isn't.
