instead they look at the kids with problem histories and quit coddling them. Several times those kids responsible for school shootings, or sexual assaults, should have never been allowed to be in the regular school environment.

Instead, thanks to Obama wanting to shut down the schools to prison pipeline, the seriousness of their previous actions was withheld from law enforcement and prosecutors so the offenders could be dealt with internally.
