into the school are affecting the school day.

So even if these pictures were legal, taken off of school grounds and did not use school devices if they were causing disruptions the school could take some action. But they would be walking a very fine line.

I'm sure our resident fool will tell you differently but when you walk into a school some of your rights are limited. You can have all the legal pictures on your phone that you want but if your sharing of those photos starts disrupting the educational process you can be removed from that classroom or building if deemed necessary.
