the case after Shapley informed him of his intention of going to Congress, and after Shapley went to Congress. Do you think he's going to tell Congress he removed him due to retaliation? He also admitted Weiss didn't like criticism from Shapley so he stopped talking to him. Sounds like retaliation to me.
