Your OPINIONS are just opinions, nothing more. You love to claim that they are 'facts' but you have been proven wrong so many times it is simply laughable.

It is a crime to not pay taxes.

It is a crime to speed.

It is a crime to not pay child support.

It is a crime to drive without insurance.

Not one of those fits your definition but all are actual crimes with some form of consequence if you are caught doing them.
