Of course, you would still have to pay taxes as long as you lived here. That's like saying you want to renounce your HOA and still live in the boundaries of the HOA.

You're not a prisoner here 90, you can leave whenever you want. There's nothing at all holding you here.

You are here by choice you have chosen to stay here, and pay the taxes and obey the laws. Or pay the punishments if you don't.
